Team Registration Check-List

* Identify Coach and Team Manager who will be the point of contact with the league.

* Ensure that the team is registered and fees paid on timelines stated for each season.

* Have a minimum of 12 and maximum of 25 players on the roster. Up to 20 players can dress in a game.

* Provide a club Assistant Referee (ARs) for each game or pay for assigned ARs. (Outdoor Season Only) (Only applies to non-provincial divisions)

* All players must have a valid Player Card with their registered club.

* 2 sets of numbered jerseys. Home team must change in case of conflict. Ensure that both of your uniform colors are registered with the league to allow your opponents to know your colors on the schedule display.

* Be prepared to play 7 days a week. You can request specific days not to play due to school, work or other commitments. These must be provided at the time of team registration to be considered in the league schedule. We cannot guarantee each request will be adhered to.

* Be prepared to travel outside Calgary if in a division with Airdrie, Cochrane and/or Okotoks team(s) (Outdoor only)

* Provide 2 suitable game balls when the home team.

* Have a team representative attend the Manager's Meeting prior to the start of the season.

* Send a representative to the Annual General Meeting each June. Teams that do not send a representative will be fined $100.00 for each eligible vote.
