Having the confidence and the knowledge to deal with difficult situations is a possible outcome of participation in the Mentoring Program.
Sometimes a 'hand up' is all that is needed to become an even better official.
MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
The Mentorship Program started in 2009 to provide local officials with support to improve their on-field performance and to
increase their satisfaction as an official. And it has been building ever since. Survey results suggested that both mentors and mentees benefit from the Progam.
Please see the following documents for futher information about the Program, mentoring in general, the how-to's of being a mentor or a mentee; and for mentors, the forms to use.
