Schedules

With the offering of more program options teams and players will need to identify their scheduling requests in advance and be reasonable with the expectations. It will not be possible to avoid conflicts with individual requests. In some cases facility access will dictate how much flexibility there can be in scheduling.

The Proposed Alignment Discussion Meetings gives teams an opportunity to have their input in the alignment and season format, and to come up with a recommendation to present to the Board of Directors for approval. These meetings are open to all teams and individuals to attend. Failure for a team to send representation will signify that the team will accept the results of the meeting(s).

CUSA is hosting these meetings for the Men's Master's, Over 45 and Over 55 Divisions and the Women's Program to come up with a recommendation for an alignment and format that the majority of teams will be happy with. The Men's Open Division is based purely on Promotion and Relegation; therefore, no Proposed Alignment Discussion Meeting is needed.
