Annual General Meeting 2026

Members and invited guests only.
Mandatory Meeting that each club or team must have a representative in attendance for the entire meeting.
Each Club or Team Member may have two (2) representatives with voice, but only the designated representative may vote.
New Business: Any member who wishes to have New Business placed on the agenda of a Meeting of the Association will give written notice to the Association at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the date of any such Meeting of the Association date or upon the sole discretion of the President or designate.
Delegates: The name of a Delegate(s) will be communicated to the Association in writing, seven (7) days prior to any Meeting of the Association. Delegates must be eighteen (18) years of age and older and a member in Good Standing. Directors are excluded from acting as Delegates.
Important information on delegate and voting at the meeting.
- All voting at the meeting will be conducted using an electronic voting platform.
- Ensure that your voting delegate will have a devise with them at the meeting that will enable their participation (smart phone, tablet or PC with access to their contact email).
- A test ballot will be sent to all identified voting delegates on TUESDAY JUNE 16 BY END OF DAY. If you do not receive it please check your junk mail.
