All teams will be required to print their own game sheets prior to each game. Printing from home is easy and will save time compared to hand writing out game sheets. You can find a RAMP User Guide in the resources section of the website. It is also linked here
We ask that teams enter the score of their game within 24 hours of game completion. This helps ensure the game results are updated online in a timely manner, and helps keep accurate records of Yellow and Red cards on the website. It can take up to a week for game sheets to be courierd to our office, so your assistance with updating your own score is appreciated.
You can enter a game score in the same place you go to print the game sheet. In the RAMP User Guides, there is an instruction manual for the Team Management Login that has been put together to help walk you through entering a score online, including indicating the players who scored, and any Yellow or Red cards as needed. You can also take a picture of your game sheet and upload it to the game, to help maintain accurate records.
Like you, Alberta Soccer and CUSA are excited to return to soccer activity and the game we love. However, each of us must begin our return to play thoughtfully. While Alberta is opening back up and restrictions are easing, it does not mean that we can become complacent. The soccer community has the responsibility to protect ourselves and our participants from Covid-19 by promoting the practice of good hygiene, physical distancing and monitoring for symptoms throughout our programming and activities. Flexibility and accessibility have always been at the forefront of our plans, in order to give our membership the most choice and comfort as we restart playing.
A verbal health check must be done prior to every game - use this checklist. If any player is experiencing symptoms at the field, the team contact must send them home immediately. Contact tracking must be used for each session. You can maintain possession of the game sheet for 4 weeks, or the option is available on the RAMP app.
Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Bring your own sanitizer. Players should wash their hands again, as soon as possible after each field session.
Using a face mask covering the mouth and nose is strongly encouraged when not playing, including arriving, and departing the field when physical distancing cannot be maintained.
Maintain the 6 foot distancing from anyone not in your hoursehold or team.
